Guatemala-1 uncutpages

I do not know if that was a constant manufacturing flaw but it is not uncommon in other publications such as magazines and books. Personally I would just use a letter opener and separate the pages. It does not add any value to the book as an "error".

I recently purchased a Guatemala-1 and upon reviewing it I saw that it had uncut pages. Is this common? I noticed this in pages 9 to 12 and 13 to 16. Thanks for your help
