Jorge Baca has been busy promoting the ISGC in Guatemala. He has shared a copy of a bulletin on the activities of the ISGC that he sent to the Philatelic Departments of the Post office and "El Correo, S.A." for those who are interested in Guatemalan philately. He also sent a copy to the libraries of various universities in Guatemala, and to a number of cultural institutions and museums.
